How to get good profile for your open requirement.

There are lots of ways to get good profile. Firstly recruiter wants to understand the requirement of client. You have to knowledge about particular skill. If you don't have good knowledge about the keywords of that skill, you can’t find relevant profile for that skill.

Way to find the relevant profile according to JD.
1. Understand the JD which is given to you by the client.
2. Find matched profile through portal like naukri, and other portal. Float Requirement to different portal like linkedin.
3. Read carefully the profile and see what types of skill are using in projects given in candidate profile. Sometime it happens that the candidate is working on same skill but he doesn't write in brief in his resume. So if you think that it is suitable profile so just conform form the candidate end as well.
4. Spent almost 5 to 10 minutes with candidate over the phone. Take each and every information from the candidate about the skill and his Experience.
5. You have to put relevant keywords on Portal to find the relevant profile.
These are basic way to find relevant profile for requirement. To find good profile you have to use different job portal to search. If you want to search through Social Media you just have write blog and have to great friend list in linkedin. Linkedin is good way to find relevant profile. You have to do post in different groups in linkedin. If you have good connection in your linkedin account so you can easily find. If you are good in social media you find the relevant profile from social media itself. That is the another way to find good profile. You can also find from facebook as well.
