There are lots of ways to get good profile. Firstly recruiter wants to understand the requirement of client. You have to knowledge about particular skill. If you don't have good knowledge about the keywords of that skill, you can’t find relevant profile for that skill. Way to find the relevant profile according to JD. 1.
